We finally said goodbye to our Acura, which we nicknamed Lucky hoping that it would change it's history. We had so many problems with this car that it just made us crazy! It was a little sad,especially for Josh since it was his first car, but we are excited to get our new car. We did have many memories in this car! We have driven across country a couple of times, and to Arizona when we moved there-we were hoping it would make the journey with us to Virginia! Hope was sleeping during this picture, we didn't just forget her!
We drove it into the temple together on our wedding day! I will never forget sitting in it before we went in to get married, just talking. We also had our first kiss, leaning up against it! For our first official date, it took us from Chicago to Nauvoo!
We also brought both our babies home from the hospital in it! Josh went from having the cool bachelor car, to having an infant carseat in the back seat in just a short time! Then to top it off not to long after, we maxed out the capacity and added little Hopes carseat. The worst part about it is that we had to practically give the car away, but it needed a lot of work so we wish the new owner (who is a mechanic) good luck with Lucky! (who hasn't lived up to his name for us)!

What a history you have with Lucky! So fun! Thanks for sharing. With your new car (do you have it yet?) You will soon drive it across the country and start a whole new history!
Lucky may not have worked as well as you wished, but look at the wonderful things that have happened while you had Lucky. (sniff, sniff).
