I am still a little sad we didn't bring them to virginia, but I know that would have been unreasonable and they probably would've died. But the little kid in me can't say "I think they will be very happy."

I am making it INTERNET official!
We found out May 14th that I'm preggo! Number three is on the way! Ahhh, that is scary!
Delta with the Fam!
For my Dad 60th birthday my mom wanted us all to go somewhere together as a family. It was decided we would celebrate early since Josh and I would be there in the summer. His birthday is in November. After much talk about where to go we finally turned to the newest in-law:

Alexa's family has a house on a lake in Delta. So the family all packed up and headed to Delta for the weekend. My dad didn't know we were all going to be there and a big family vacay hasn't happened since I was 16. Big thanks to Cody and Alexa (and Alexas family) for making it all happen!
We even had cake. Everybody was so worried that my Dad had figured it out, and my Mother in law even slipped right as they were on their way out of town wishing my dad a happy birthday. My dad just looked at us all and said "why would I think you guys were throwing me a surprise birthday in July?" Good point!
We went on the tube. This was "the slow mild ride" Hope was a little hesitant but than loved it. The same thing with the wave runners. She would just giggle and say "bump, bump, bump." She didn't want to get off the wave runners. Brie on the other hand is still a little traumatized and wouldn't even get on the boat. She said the water wasn't safe.
We lounged in the hammock. The one my brother Shane didn't break, causing him to fall right on his back!;-)

By the last night we were all so tired the kids all just kind of hung out together.
All of the girls minus Jenn who was at the urgent care. That was the one downfall to the trip. While playing volleyball Scott broke his foot and is still recovering.
We all had a great time, and it was definitely some much needed family time!

You wouldn't have guessed this old man was 60 out on that wave runner! He loved that thing, and check out that hair!
The kids played in the rocky beach. Hope loved to throw the rocks in the water!

The Program that CONSUMED our summer.....
There are 2 main reasons that I haven't blogged in well over a month:
1. We had a really bad wireless connection in Utah, and all my pics were on the laptop. A post just isn't the same without the pics!
I was so happy my sister and her hubby danced in the couple dance with Josh and I. It was fun to have them at all the practices with us!

The girls were both crickets and i was a seagull. They did a great job both nights. I didn't think Hope was going to do it because she never would at any of the practices, but both nights she went out and did her thing......
They twirled and spun and hopped around and tried to be annoying pesky crickets but they were just to cute to be annoying.
Both nights right after Hope went on she found Josh on one night and my dad on the other and just laid on their shoulder and went to sleep. Being the star of the show is HARD WORK!
The brains behind the operation, which I cannot even describe how big of a project it really is. Great job ladies! it came together wonderfully! And I think we are glad that it is over!

2. This program!
Josh's Mom did this program to celebrate the 24th and the pioneers back when I was a kid and his sisters took it over this year. I ended up helping teach some the dances and being in some as well. It was fun, but it was alot of work. It seemed we had practices every night.
