a magical CHRISTMAS

It is so amazing how hard it is to take pictures with these two little girls. They were kicking and fighting us the entire time. This one is the best one we could come up with. I hope everybody had a great Christmas. Ours was absolutely fantastic. We're so grateful to all our friends and family at this time of year. It is great to be able to celebrate this special season with them. We really missed those who weren't able to make it home, it just isn't the same without everybody.

I was shocked when the girls didn't just run out and go crazy! They just didn't know what to think at first! It was so much fun though, they go so excited over everything.

Josh just had to get her a remote control car. I think if the truth be know he really wanted the car. I kept telling him she was too young, she wouldn't like it and probably wouldn't even know how to use it. I was wrong. She absolutely loves it. She can only figure out how to go forward as you can see, but it was so cute how excited she got over it. Who says girls can't have like cars?

Girls will be girls

It was so much fun to have Ava come and play today. All three of the girls are so close in age, they had so much fun! They all had to have a purse and carried them around like princesses. It is amazing to me how they just have this born in them, it all just comes so natural to them. They love being mommies to their babies, walking in high heels, make-up, and of course PURSES!

The Precious Moments!

I've tried to take a step back and enjoy the holiday season a little bit more. My whole life I have always tried to appreciate the little things, lately I have been so busy and stressed out that many things have gone by. Tonight Brielle fell asleep on the couch, and it reminded me to soak up these precious memories. I shot some absolutely gorgeous pictures of her and i just have to share them with everybody. I hope they bring you as much joy as they brought me.

YAY!!! We did it! Well, technically Brielle did it, but she is officially going POTTY! Most the time she LOVES being a big girl, but every once in a while(when she is tired of going potty) she'll cry and say she want to be a baby. It is really kind of cute. ANYWAYS- I'm absolutely thrilled, not to mention her bum looks really cute in the little panties!

The stress of the season!

Right now we are at our maximum stress level! Hope has been sick for about a week and a half, and doesn't seem to be getting any better! Josh in in the midst of finals in his 21 credit semester! Yikes!!!! The Christmas season is always packed with fun family events, but also brings the added stress of fitting everything into our schedule. Not to mention the financial strain I'm sure we all feel. On top of it all I decided to potty train Brielle. This, I have discovered, is a marathon and definitely not a sprint. We are on day three, and it is an interesting experience to say the least. Despite all of this we are very happy. We kind of had an Ah-ha moment the other day when we realized it could be a lot worse. We are just grateful for the things we have and the relationships we share. Sometimes it's a good thing for your world to get tip upside-down.
